This set containing 1 of each is great for hats, shawls, scarves, socks etc. You can knit the brim of a hat in the boucle and the rest in the sport weight yarn.
It would make a lovely cosy pair of house socks / slippers. 
You can use this set of yarn singularly or held double. 
Hand wash in cold water with wool wash and dry flat
